At Porch and Pit we want you to be happy with your brine! Please read the following refund guidelines:

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will replace the product or issue a full refund once we confirm the issue.

Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days.

  • We will correct the order or provide a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for products that were used, improperly stored, or not handled according to label instructions.

  • We cannot issue refunds for change of mind once the product has shipped.

How to Request a Refund

  2. We may request photos of the product for verification.

  3. Once approved, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
